What loom parts and accessories do you carry?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our creative hub in Savannah, Georgia.
What shipping options are available?

– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch.
– Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 business days to personally prepare your package with care, ensuring every item is securely packed.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continually reviewing our shipping networks.
Can I track my order?
Yes! With our Standard Shipping option, you can track your package every step of the way. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your creative materials. You may return unused items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
