We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, just as you are with the beautiful creations you bring to life. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. This policy outlines our process for returns and exchanges, crafted with the same care and respect we apply to our products.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as spinning a fine thread.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products essential for maintaining hygiene and quality, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Crochet Hooks & Knitting Needles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Floss & Fiber (e.g., Bast Fiber, Cellulose Fibers, Knitting Yarn) that has been cut or opened
  • Fabric Cutters (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Any opened or used product kits (e.g., Crochet Kits)

Initiate a Return or Exchange in 4 Simple Steps

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the unused and unopened item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Your patience is appreciated as we process your return. The timing for your refund to appear depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it.

Exchanges will be shipped out using our standard shipping method once the return is received. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly and cover the return shipping costs.
