This policy outlines how we get your orders to you and how we handle returns if an item isn’t quite perfect.

Shipping Your Order

We strive to process and pack your carefully selected items with love and care within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Once your package is on its way, we offer two reliable shipping methods to get your supplies to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship globally, with the exception of parts of Asia and other select remote regions.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

Your satisfaction is paramount. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: Final Sale Items

To ensure the health, safety, and quality of our products for all our makers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Crochet Hooks & Knitting Needles (for hygiene reasons)
  • Floss & Fiber (e.g., Bast Fiber, Cellulose Fibers, Knitting Yarn) that has been cut or opened
  • Fabric Cutters (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Any opened or used product kits (e.g., Crochet Kits)

Initiate a Return or Exchange in 4 Simple Steps

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our dedicated team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item. Feel free to use the template provided at the bottom of this page.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the unused item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Your patience is appreciated as we process your return. The timing for your refund to appear depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it.

For exchanges: The new item will be shipped using our standard shipping method once the return is received. If the exchanged item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly and cover the return shipping costs.
