Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that we currently cannot ship to parts of Asia and select remote regions.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items: For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Crochet Hooks & Knitting Needles
• Floss & Fiber that has been cut or opened
• Fabric Cutters
• Any opened or used product kits

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and item details. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
